No. Holistic coaching complements but does not replace psychological therapy or medical treatments. If
you are under treatment, I recommend informing your healthcare professional about our work together
to ensure an integrated approach to your wellbeing.
Individual sessions last 60-90 minutes, depending on the chosen modality. We typically begin with a
conversation about your current situation, followed by specific guided practices (meditation, somatic
work, cacao ceremony, etc.). Group workshops may last 2-4 hours, while retreats can be a full day or
weekend.
Absolutely not! I work with people of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced
practitioners. All practices are adapted to your comfort level and experience.
Each person is unique. Many clients report significant changes after 3-5 sessions, but for deeper
transformations, I recommend an initial commitment of at least 8-10 sessions. I offer packages that reflect
this commitment with special discounts.

I offer both options. In-person sessions take place at select partner spaces in Orange County, while online sessions are conducted via
Zoom. Practices such as meditation, coaching and emotional release work very well online, while
modalities such as Reiki and cocoa ceremonies provide an enhanced in-person experience.
I ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. For workshops and retreats, please check the specific event policy.

A cacao ceremony uses ceremonial cacao (chocolate in its purest form) as a gentle heart medicine, facilitating emotional opening, inner connection, and expansion of consciousness. Benefits include releasing emotional blockages, increasing creativity and intuition, and a deep reconnection with your heart.
In somatic process sessions, we work with the wisdom of the body to release stored trauma and tension. Through breathing techniques, conscious movement, and directed attention to bodily sensations, we facilitate the release of limiting patterns and restore the natural flow of energy in the body.
Yes, these practices are generally safe for everyone. However, there are some considerations: pregnant women, people with epilepsy, or those with medical devices (such as pacemakers) should inform me in advance so we can adapt the session. Sound can be particularly intense for sensitive people, but we always work within your comfort level.
